Heat pump & air conditioning installation
We supply and install Midea air-to-air heat pumps for heating and cooling, in homes and other buildings across Munster. Every unit in the range heats as well as cools.
Choose the right type of unit
Each style below heats and cools. The difference is where it sits in the room and how much of it you see. Capacities are the rated outputs listed in the Midea 2026 range.
Wall-mounted units
A slim indoor unit high on the wall. A straightforward option for single rooms.
- Solstice: white or black finish, 2.6 to 7.0 kW
- Breezeless E: 2.8 to 7.0 kW
- Penrose XT: 2.6 to 5.3 kW
Floor console units
Mounted low on the wall, much like a radiator. A good fit under windows or in rooms with sloping ceilings.
- Console: 2.6, 3.5 and 5.0 kW
Cassette units
Set into the ceiling with only the grille on show, spreading air in several directions.
- Breezeless+ Compact (60×60): 2.6 to 5.3 kW
- Breezeless+ Standard (90×90): 5.3 to 15.2 kW
- Largest sizes available as single-phase (14.0 kW) or three-phase (15.2 kW)
Ducted units
The unit hides in the ceiling void and air comes through discreet grilles. Useful for larger spaces or serving more than one area.
- A7 Ducted: eight sizes from 2.6 to 15.2 kW
Ceiling & floor units
Can be fixed under the ceiling or low on a wall, which suits wide rooms and open-plan spaces.
- Ceiling & Floor: 5.3, 7.0, 10.5 and 12.3 kW
Heating and cooling, explained simply
A heat pump has an indoor unit and an outdoor unit, connected by refrigerant pipework. In heating mode it collects heat from the outside air and releases it inside. In cooling mode it does the opposite and carries heat out of the room.
Because it moves heat rather than generating it, a heat pump is an efficient, low-cost way to heat a room in winter, and it gives you cooling on warm days without a separate system.

2. Free site survey
We check the room and outside wall, choose unit positions and measure the pipe route. We then confirm your final price.
3. Installation
We fit the indoor and outdoor units, connect and commission the system, and show you how to use heating and cooling modes.
